We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, buried and on the third day, He arose from the dead and ascended to heaven. He sits at the right hand of God the Father until His enemies become His footstool. We believe in the resurrection of the dead, that the dead in Christ will rise first and those who are alive and remain shall be caught up to meet Jesus in the air. We believe that after death, eternal life begins in Heaven for the saved. Eternal punishment in hell begins for the lost. We believe in salvation of believers through the shed blood of Jesus Christ. We believe in sanctification through the Word of God and by the Holy Spirit. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and in water baptism. We believe the Bible in its entirety is the written Word of God inspired by the Holy Spirit. We believe in divine healing through faith in the name of Jesus and by the Word of God. We believe in tithing and bringing offerings into the local church. |
